Customer Service Representative – Operator (Guam)

Nature of Work
Under the direct supervision of the Customer Service Manager, the Operator assists callers with their inquiries and routes calls appropriately by accessing directories.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Answers, screens and routes incoming calls appropriately using the digital phone system

Maintains efficient workflow in the call center
-
Reports phone system and computer problems to manager in a timely manner
-
Answers questions and provides training to new operators
-
Updates personnel directory and other resources to ensure proper routing of calls
-
Reports daily activities to manager
-
Performs other related duties as assigned
Position Requirements
-
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
-
Minimum 1 year customer service or related work experience
-
Working knowledge of ShoreTel Communicator software preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent telephone etiquette skills

Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Efficient operations of basic office equipment (computer, phone, fax, copier)
