Customer Service Representative/Operator
Customer Service Department in Life and Health Division

Responsibilities
-
Answer, screen, and route calls efficiently using the digital phone system.
-
Provide accurate information and direct callers to the appropriate department.
-
Maintain efficient call center workflow to manage call volumes effectively.
-
Report phone system or computer issues to management for timely resolution.
-
Assist in training new operators on call handling and procedures.
-
Update directories and call routing resources to ensure accurate transfers.
-
Document and report daily call center activities to the manager.
-
Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Position Requirements
-
High school diploma or GED equivalent
-
Prior work experience in customer service preferred
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Excellent telephone etiquette skills
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
-
Efficient operations of basic office equipment (computer, phone, fax, copier)
-
Ability to multitask effectively
-
Organized and motivated with a positive attitude
-
Embrace challenges and resolve issues professionally
-
Dependable, adaptable and collaborative team player
