Administrative Assistant (Palau)
Sales & Marketing Department in Property & Casualty Division

Responsibilities which include but not limited to:

Performs overall administrative tasks necessary to support the functions the Palau operation.

Coordinate, manage, process in WLT, and transmit Enrollment Forms, Change of Status forms and terminations for all groups when assigned to you.

Submit Adjustment reports to Group Administration.

Assists members with enrollment, deductible/reimbursement, off-island appointment inquiries and submissions.
-
Explains eligibility requirements and plan benefits to members as needed.

Provides members and providers with claims status and explanation of coverage determinations.
-
Coordinates with and supports the Palau Office with completing tasks, as necessary.
-
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
-
High school diploma or equivalent required.
-
Excellent interpersonal and business communication skills, written and verbal.
-
Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgement, exhibiting professionalism in work ethics and personal appearance.
-
Ability to operate office equipment, advanced proficiency with Microsoft applications/programs, specifically Excel and Word.
-
Ability to engage and collaborate positively in a diverse work environment.
-
Ability to demonstrate initiative, motivation and commitment in work ethics.
